Open Science trends challenges and solutions [Workshop]

nyitókép

We warmly invite everyone interested to our workshop, “Open Science: Trends, Challenges, and Solutions”! This event offers a full day of programs, with English sessions in the morning and Hungarian sessions in the afternoon.

Date: 4th of December 2024

Location: PTE University Library and Knowledge Centre, Conference Room
7622 Pécs, Universitas Street 2/A

Today's researchers face many challenges in their (publishing) practice. To compete in the online publishing arena, they must be able to cope with the challenges posed by the rise of artificial intelligence and the increasingly open nature of science.

At the event, we will discuss these challenges and present concrete solutions proposed by the University of Pécs, services available to researchers by library expertise, and the support provided by EDUC.

Participants will be informed for the first time about the university's implementation of the COARA initiative to reform research assessment.

Let's become winners together in the age of open science and artificial intelligence!

Members of the University of Pécs (PTE) can attend the program free of charge after completing prior registration, which is open until the 29th of November.

The workshop registration form is available here.
